All of the members of Banzai were fans of The Monkees and they were having a huge resurgence. In 1988, Davy was appearing at a book signing in Boston. Cathi went because I had to work that day. She gave him a tape of Banzai, (we were looking for any sort of break,) bought a copy of his autobiography, had Davy autograph it, and then returned home. I was happy to have the book and thought that was that. A couple of months later I received this in the mail - It was kind of Davy to do this and very encouraging. Back to Banzai |
